New Factory: Expanded Scale, Renovated Environment

The new factory is located in the well-equipped Maiping Industrial Park. Its planning layout is scientific and the functional zoning is clear, providing a broader space for the research and production of products such as Halloween props, LARP foam weapons, etc.

*Production Area: Equipped with multiple sets of automated production lines, covering core processes such as latex molding, laser cutting, etc. The workshop adopts standardized industrial design, and the ventilation system operates efficiently, ensuring a clean and safe production environment from the very beginning, thereby guaranteeing the stability of product quality.

*Research and Development Area: An independent 3D modeling and prototype design studio that enables the rapid transformation of creative ideas into clay prototypes and foam samples. It provides OEM/ODM customized customers with a one-stop service from design to prototyping.

*Warehousing and Logistics Area: Clearly divided raw material storage area and finished product storage area, combined with an intelligent inventory management system, enables efficient order sorting and delivery, significantly enhancing the delivery speed.

Clear division of labor: Lean production, controllable quality

The new factory has further optimized its organizational structure and production process. Each link has clear division of labor and close collaboration, ensuring that every product undergoes strict control.

*Raw Material Management Team: Specialized in selecting environmentally friendly grade latex, PU foam and other raw materials. All materials have passed safety tests, effectively avoiding quality risks at the source.

*Production Process Team: The team is divided into specialized sub-groups such as latex molding, laser cutting, and assembly and debugging. After receiving professional training, the workers become highly proficient in their respective fields. The process accuracy can reach the 0.1mm level, perfectly reproducing the complex design details.

*Quality Control Inspection Team: Implements the "three-inspection system" throughout the process (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and final inspection), and is equipped with tension testing equipment, etc., to ensure that the products comply with international certification standards such as BSCI.

*Custom Service Team: Specifically responsible for connecting with OEM/ODM customers. We follow up throughout the process from demand communication, design prototyping to mass production, providing support for small batch trial orders and large-scale customization, meeting diverse needs.
